Since it acquired this heritage gem in 1998, the Foundation has carried out numerous preservation, restoration and enhancement projects. Thanks to the support of several public and private partners, as well as the support of the Friends-Subscribers of Domaine Joly-De Lotbinière. Since 1997: Restoration of landscaping and historical gardens
1998-1999: 1st phase of the restorations of the domain's main old buildings.
Since 2000: Creation of new landscape designs
2002-2003: Renewal of the permanent exhibition (five sections) at the Pointe Platon Manor
2003-2004: 2nd phase of restoration and standardization of the Domaine's old buildings.
2004: Creation of the Endowment Fund Pour assurer l'avenir (To Secure the Future) and the Fund Pour parrainer un projet (To Sponsor a Project)
Since 2005: Development of a new educational program and its tools
2008-2009: Completion of a major endowment fundraising campaign
2008-2010: Rehabilitation of the forest trails infrastructure
2009: Installation of commemorative plaques and signage on site
2010: Creation of a new educational tool for children
Since 2011: Creation of new educational and cultural activities
2012: Creation of a new competition called Tendances horticoles (Horticultural Trends) in partnership with the Quebec horticultural sector
2013: Completion of phase 1 of the technical audits for heritage buildings
2013: Urgent work on the main heritage buildings
2014: Completion of phase 2 and final phase of the technical audits for heritage buildings
2014: Completion of a study on the economic impact of Domaine Joly-De Lotbinière's activities
2015: Permanent exhibition renewal at the Pointe Platon Manor
2015: Creation of a new educational activity for children "The Race for Garden Gnomes"
2017-2018: Urgent work on Pointe Platon Manor
2020: Creation of a horticultural contest in partnership with the program Les Exceptionnelles®.
