Chef and owner of the Domaine de l'Oie Toquée since 2003, Gaston Couillard invites you to his home to share his dishes, recipes and culinary tips for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. A former co-owner of Le Galopin and former executive chef of Le Bonne Entente in Sainte-Foy, he has now realized his dream to open his country restaurant to share his passion and demonstrate the originality and abundance of local and farm products. Couillard was awarded the 2016 “Chef Santé de l'année” (Health Chef of the Year) for the Province of Quebec.
